Companion Club
The Rotary Club of Mitchell is forming a new Companion club. Our Companion Club, is a service-focused group in our Mitchell Rotary club that allows members to serve the community without the commitment of attending regular Rotary club meetings. One club, two meeting times.
The kick-off meeting was held on Tuesday, August 5th, at 5:00pm at Bradley’s. We are meeting monthly to form the club. Please let us know if you are interested in attending.
PURPOSE
This Companion Club is designed for people who want to make an impact in Mitchell but have other commitments that make it difficult to join the host Rotary club meetings.
STRUCTURE
Companion Club is an extension of Rotary Club of Mitchell, and members can attend Host club meetings when they can.
Meetings are being planned for 5:00 pm – on the first Tuesday each month with one service project per quarter. The Companion Club members can make adjustments to the structure to fit the groups needs.
